This ULTRAStudio3D by BlackMagic with thunderbolt ready replaces the use of Expansion Chassis. ByeBye Expansion Chassis!!!!
Before, there was a SD/HD DecLink BlackMagic PCIe card that you have to plug into an Expansion in order to connect it to a MacBook Pro.
Now, there's no need to use an expander or an expansion chassis because here is the new solution ULTRAStudio3D by BlackMagic with thunderbolt connection in which allows you to connect directly to LAptop via T-bolt port.
