Product: EB2 and EB7-NHP

Application: ProTools 9.0.4

Laptop: MacBook Pro 17"-8,3

Operating System: Mac OSX

Note: Pass with limitation. Do not use 10.6.8 or 10.6.7 with updates.

"sudo systemsetup-setkernelbootarchitecture x86_64 or i386"

With MacOSX 10.6.8 and 10.6.7 updates, the Mac OS is not able to detect any Protools cards in Magma Expansion unit correctly. With 10.6.8 and 10.6.7 updates, System Profiler will fails to detect any ProTools cards in the chassis when you have more than 2 PCI Expresss ProTools cards. But with just 1 core and 1 Accel, they will show up fine.

With MacOSX 10.6.6 and 10.6.7 freshly installed from DVD, all 7 Protools cards are being detected fine.
