Can I use Cardbus-to-ExpressCard Adapter to connect Magma PCMCIA card

You can use it but your computer will not communicate with the 3rd Party PCI Card installed in the chassis.
It will see the expansion unit but it'll have functionality problem with the 3rd party PCI Card.

And if you are planning to buy or use a commercialized off-the-shelf ExpressCard it will not work at all.
